Shipping policy

Paying for shipping is no fun, so let us take care of it. Free shipping on ALL orders, no code needed. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kyressential.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note that once your item is in the possession of our shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. The shipping carrier is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date.
